- Prepared a bid to Uganda Property Holding Ltd in respect of tenant for car port in Mombasa
- Perused the bid document will all the attendant annextures.
- Write a letter to Uganda property holdings limited requesting for a pre-bid meeting
- Drafted the joint venture and Power of Attorney forwarded the same to the parties for execution
- Attended to the registration of the joint venture and Power of Attorney in the Registration Services Bureau
- Drafted the Bid proposal and edited it with the client.
- Generally completed the matter inclusive of mileage for counsel and all correspondences
